CIC is a Mario Kart Ds clan, or group, formally known
as Cloraxignescent. The word "Cloraxignescent" means "full of sparks, fire, and light. Hopefully, whoever is willing to join
CIC has that potential.

Everyone must obey our regulations set as followed or
consequences may follow:
1) NO ACTION REPLAYS or other cheating devices. The use of these may be all fun
games and tricks to you, but it ruins the fun to our other players. Consequence: De-level
2) Emblem regulation: you must obey the emblem regulation of the shape/color to
determine your rank/level. Consequence: De-pointage
3) Nickname regulation: you must obey the nickname regulation of having [вяв] in front of your 'name'. [without the [] ] It
represents our signiture and nature to other gamers that were are CIC. Consequence: De-pointage
4) Above all, have fun and keep the fun of the game existing and alive!
